Fire & Safety

All fire pits must maintain a minimum 10 ft clearance from anything combustible, including RVs, decks, trees, grass, firewood piles, and structures.

Fires must never be left unattended and all current fire bans or restrictions must be followed.

Each lot leaser is responsible to be aware of Parkland County fire bans and self enforce.

Resort Reminders

Guest washrooms are currently being worked on due to hot water issues. We hope to have them up and running shortly.

Garbage Information

The garbage bin is located on the circle on your way out of the resort.

Only regular daily household garbage in garbage bags is permitted.

No furniture, large items, construction materials, or cardboard. These items must go home with you.

Do not leave anything outside the bin. If the bin is full, please take your garbage home.

Beach & Site Safety

There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach or waterfront areas.

Swimming and water activities are at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

Please avoid blocking roads or neighboring sites while unloading and setting up.

Lot signs in the lake view area establish the parking boundary. Do not extend vehicles within 3 feet of the gravel or block driveways.
